John W. Meredith, P.E.

John Meredith received the BSEE from the University of Arkansas and the MSEE from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.  He is a Registered Professional Engineer and a Senior Member of the IEEE.  He served as Assistant Electronics Officer on the carrier Intrepid, where he qualified as underway Officer-of-the-Deck, and Project Engineering Officer at the Navy Electronics Laboratory.  He was a Nuclear Plant Shift Supervisor on the S5G Navy Nuclear Plant operated by General Electric and has served in a number of engineering and management positions with American Microsystems, Honeywell, Hewlett-Packard, and Agilent Technologies. While Quality Manager at Hewlett Packard’s Colorado Springs Technology Center, he organized and directed a Total Quality Management system.  His interests are high-speed analog integrated circuit design and lifelong learning.  He has written a number of technical and professional papers and has taught several EE courses at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
