Professional Experience:

Currently a principal in a Dot.Com start-up, Paul Kostek was previously a systems engineer associated with TekSci a systems engineering and software development firm. With TekSci, Paul worked with companies in the aerospace and medical device industries. He provided support in defining system requirements, system design, test definition, and the generation of software development standards. This included the implementation and interpretation of DO-178B. Besides TekSci, Paul has been with Scitor Corporation, Sundstrand Data Control, the Boeing Company, and the Grumman Aerospace Corporation. Paul is an FAA Designated Engineering Representative (DER)-in-Training for Systems and Equipment. Paul is also a member of the Seattle Section Consultants Network.
