James Park is President of James Park and Associates, Ltd., has more than 30 years of experience in management and consulting. He is an author, entrepreneur and adviser to clients in a wide range of industries, from private high-tech corporations to government service providers. Since establishing his own consulting practice in 1988, Mr. Park has facilitated over 800 seminars to more than 10,000 people around the United States. He has developed custom training solutions for his clients, coached senior management teams, worked one on one with mangers to increase their effectiveness and conducted needs assessments to help his clients understand how they can improve performance and increase their success.
