2003 PEC Teacher-Engineer Partnership Award Winners

IEEE-USA's Precollege Education Committee is proud to present the first winning team of the IEEE-USA Teacher-Engineer Partnership Award, Alan D. Mays (teacher) and William Conrad (engineer) from Indianapolis, Indiana (Region 4). Mays and Conrad won for establishing and implementing an outstanding precollege program to introduce students to engineering. Their award was presented at the IEEE-USA Award Banquet and Ceremony held in conjunction with the IEEE-USA Leadership Workshop on 20 March 2004 in Atlanta, Georgia.
