IEEE-USA volunteers and staff at CVD 2002

On 5-6 March, 24 IEEE-USA volunteers traveled to Washington, D.C., to participate in the seventh annual Science Engineering Technology Congressional Visits Day (CVD). The IEEE members joined with more than 200 U.S. scientists, engineers and business leaders to communicate directly with legislators and to deliver their core message: Federally funded research promotes security, prosperity and innovation.
