Terms & Conditions

The IEEE-USA Online Promotional Library is a communications service provided by and subject to your acceptance of and compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below.

Please read this Agreement carefully. You must agree to its terms prior to using the Service. If you use the Service in a manner inconsistent with these terms and conditions, IEEE-USA may block your future access and/or seek such additional relief as the circumstances of your misuse indicate is proper. IEEE-USA may modify this Agreement at any time.

  1. You are granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited license to access and use the IEEE-USA Online Promotional Library for the sole purpose of extending the IEEE-USA messages of value, quality and service to the profession.
  2. You agree not to change, delete, modify or in any manner create derivative works of any item within the IEEE-USA Online Promotional Library. Alterations of any nature are strictly prohibited. All items shall be presented, displayed, printed or published exactly as provided by the Service.
  3. At no time shall any photographic image, as a whole or in part, provided by this Service be transferred to any third-party vendor for modification or redistribution. All royalty-free images provided are specific to each advertorial and shall not be used for any other purpose than for reproduction as provided.
  4. At no time shall any font provided by this Service be redistributed to any third party vendor for any other purpose than the reproduction of the advertorial.
  5. IEEE-USA makes no guarantee and makes no offer of recompense for materials that reproduce in a unsatisfactory manner. Any loss of monies for use of any item from the Service is the sole responsibility of the user.
  6. The IEEE Master Brand is a registered trademark of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc.
  7. Ads delivered through the IEEE-USA Online Promotional Library maybe used for up to 90 days following initial download. After this time, please discard old files and return to the site for updated files.
  8. The entire contents of the IEEE-USA Online Promotional Library are protected under United States copyright laws.
