EWeek 2004 Chair Joe Lillie and his wife Debbie attended the National Academy of Engineering's awards ceremony at Union Station in Washington, D.C., where IEEE Life Fellow Frank S. Barnes was named the 2004 recipient of the Bernard M. Gordon Prize, and four IEEE members shared the 2004 Charles Stark Draper Prize.
