About the Presenter

Dr. Gary Blank is an independent consultant in electrical/electronic engineering, including power, energy and control systems. He is currently the Senior Member-at-Large on the IEEE-USA Board of Directors, and the National Chair of the AICN (Alliance of IEEE Consultants Networks), which includes 43 networks in the United States, and eight overseas. Dr. Blank has presented dozens of six-hour seminars on consulting in the United States and Canada. He has also produced home-study review/preparatory courses on video, for both the FE/EIT and PE exams.
