Overview
There
are about 215,000 IEEE members in the
United States. Politically speaking,
this is a huge number, especially since
engineers vote more frequently than the
average American. Yet engineers are
rarely consulted in political decisions.
Why is that?
This webinar discusses the role
engineers play in the political process
and ways for us to do a better job at
it. When they try, engineers can have a
profound effect on legislation and our
nation's laws. The problem is we rarely
try.
