Shipping Label
All deliveries will be accepted by the
conference office.
Please check with us upon arrival for your items
shipped to the hotel.
If you are missing an items shipped, we will
assist you in locating those items. Please
come the the conference office (San Saba)
with your vendor name, items shipped &
tracking number(s). Since staff will
be arriving on Monday & Tuesday prior to our
Thursday evening opening dinner, we will be
logging in and tracking shipments very closely
with the hotel prior to the start of the Annual
Meeting.
Many attendees/exhibitors ship multiple boxes
from different locations/vendors.
Please
have your shipments marked with your name,
company, what exhibit and/or session, they
belong.
Example/Exhibitor: If I can identify your
shipments, I will have the hotel put all the
boxes either under or behind your exhibit table
prior to set-up time on Thursday by dinner time.
Speakers/Panelists: If I can identify your
shipments, they will be delivered ahead of time
to your session. All the
boxes will be either under or behind the podium
or speaker table.
