Air Travel

For your convenience, airline tickets and car rentals may be booked through IEEE’s corporate travel agency, World Travel Inc.  

World Travel Inc., goes the extra mile for its customers.

Car Rental

The IEEE Car Rental Discount Program is available worldwide to members and employees of the IEEE.  You may book directly with the provider, through the online booking tool, or by contacting World Travel Inc. directly.

Hotel Airport Shuttle Services
 

Complimentary Shuttle Service to and from Nashville International Airport is operated by the Nashville Airport Marriott. Shuttles operate from 4:30am – 11:45pm daily.

Arriving at the Airport
The Nashville Airport Marriott Shuttle (red and white mini-bus) will pick up guests at 15 minutes and 45 minutes past the hour at the Ground Transportation Level. Follow the signs for rental cars.  You will find the escalator to the lower level. Head towards the parking garage & all the car rentals.  They will be straight ahead.  Before crossing a 2nd traffic area, limo services will be to the right and hotel shuttles will be to the left.  No reservations or calling the hotel is required.

Departing the Hotel
The Nashville Airport Marriott Shuttle (red and white mini-bus) will pick up guests at the top of the hour and 30 minutes past the hour in the main lobby entrance.

Taxi service is also located on the lower level just outside the doors.

Via Interstate 65 North:
Follow I-65 North to Exit 209A Broadway. Turn right onto Broadway. Follow Broadway into downtown Music City.
Go approx. 8 blocks to the Visitor Information Center on the right side of Broadway in the Sommet Center.

Via Interstate 65 South: Follow I-65 South to Exit 209B Broadway. Turn left onto Broadway. Follow Broadway into downtown Music City.
Go approx. 8 blocks to the Visitor Information Center on the right side of Broadway in the Sommet Center.

Via Interstate 40 West: Follow I-40 West to Exit 209A Broadway. Turn right onto Broadway. Follow Broadway into downtown Music City.
Go approx. 8 blocks to the Visitor Information Center on the right side of Broadway in the Sommet Center.

Via Interstate 40 East: Merge with I-65 South and take Exit 209B Broadway. Turn left onto Broadway. Follow Broadway into downtown Music City.
Go approx. 8 blocks to the Visitor Information Center on the right side of Broadway in the Sommet Center.

Via Interstate 24 West: Follow I-24 West to Exit 48 James Robertson Parkway. Follow James Robertson Parkway over river into downtown Music City.
Turn left on 3rd Avenue North. Turn right onto Broadway. Visitor Information Center is 2 blocks on left in the Sommet Center.

Via Interstate 24 East: Follow I-24 East to Exit 48 James Roberston Parkway. Turn right onto James Roberston Parkway and follow over river into downtown Music City. Turn left on 3rd Avenue North.
Turn right onto Broadway. Visitor Information Center is 2 blocks on left in the Sommet Center.
