Your Annual Meeting Registration Fee will include Thursday Dinner; Friday's Breakfast, Lunch with Dinner on your own; Saturday's Breakfast and Lunch, Awards Banquet & Afterglow Reception; Sunday Breakfast; and all Coffee Breaks. After 9 Feburary the Late Registration fee will be required.
Please check out the "Food Menu" page and advise if you will need a special diet for any particular meal. If you are bringing a companion, the meal prices are as follow

The Event Code is FMH From your confirmation form you will need your attendee reference code # which will be on your email copy of the registration.
The hotel cut-off date for sleeping rooms is 1 February 2010. Please don't forget to book your room as soon as possible. Click on the logo to make your reservation.
There is a $50.00 fee for all cancelled registration from February 1 - 21, 2010 No request for refunds will be processed after Monday, 22 February.
