Poster Rules

TABLE TOP ONLY
 

Posters must be original:  That is, not presented at a previous meeting.
Best Posters will be recognized during Sunday's Award Panel.
Posters should fit on a 6' wide x 30" deep table.

In order to be able to judge the poster(s) presented by each region,
                 these are the guidelines which should be followed.

1 Posters should highlight regional and section Professional (PACE) and Educational activities.
2 The number of posters per region should not exceed two (2).
3 Please include information regarding the number of attendees, length of the presentation, i.e. symposium, all day event, etc., objective of the program.
4 Pictures should be mounted on poster board with appropriate titles or descriptions.
5 Brief explanations should also be given on the poster board(s) describing the event.
6 Presenters should be prepared to make 15-20 minute oral presentations regarding the Poster.
7 All materials for posters shall be provided by the region.  No materials will be provided by the IEEE-USA Annual Meeting.
8 If a table or easel is required, please contact Paul Meisel at least 10 days prior to the IEEE-USA Annual Meeting.
