Exhibitor Rules

TABLE TOPS

1 |
Space is limited to the width of the
table (6' wide x 30" deep) which
will be provided. |
|
2 |
If needed, the power supplied will
be 120 volts and will power a video
display or an audio player. |
|
3 |
If you have an audible display, the
audio must be limited to your space
and the entry way on either side of
your table. The volume must
not offend the exhibitors
immediately adjacent to your space. |

4 |
You may set up your exhibit space on
Thursday, March 4, 2010 from noon -
5:00 pm, the first day of the
conference. Please have
everything ready for the opening
buffet dinner. Tear down
should be completed on the last day,
Sunday, March 7th by noon.

Please submit to Linda Hall (info
below) a list of your needs from the
hotel for any audio visual
requirements including electricity.

6 |
Please supply the name and address
of your organization, the name of
the person in charge of the booth
and a telephone number where that
person can be contacted during the
conference. |

7 |
All incoming and outgoing shipments
will be delivered to our conference
office. Please mark you
packages clearly for easy
identification. You will need
to pick up all shipment on Thursday
when you set-up your exhibit. |

8 |
Payment for the space must be
received 6-8 weeks in advance of the
start of the conference.
