Room rates are as follows:

Single or Double Room	$135.00
Sales & Room Tax is 12.7%
Each additional guest, above double occupancy will be subject to a $50/day charge.  No charge for children under 17 accompanied by an adult.
Housekeeping & Porterage Gratuity:  $15, Total per person (applicable to adults over 18 occupying the guestroom)  which includes turndown service, nightly.
Internet in the sleeping rooms is reduced to $15 for 24 hours.
Rates are good for up to 5 days prior to and after the meeting.

This is for one or two people in a room, king or 2 beds. The appropriate state and local taxes of 12.7% will be added. The cost of the sleeping rooms is the responsibility of the attendee. The cut-off date for sleeping rooms at the contracted rate will only be honored up to 13 July 2007, 5:00 pm. Depending upon the sold-out status at the hotel, the contracted rate may not be available after this date resulting in a higher room rate.  

The hotel requires a deposit in advance from individual guests to guarantee a reservation.  To guarantee an reservation a guest must:  1) send a check or money order covering the first night's room rate plus applicable sales tax, 2) send a letter or form authorizing the hotel to charge the room deposit and sales tax to the guest's major credit card or 3) give the guest's major credit card by telephone.  Guaranteed reservations are held until at least 6:00 am the following morning, at which time the reservation & deposit are forfeited.  Should guest cancel a reservation, the hotel shall refund deposits if notice is received 7 days prior to the arrival date.  All guaranteed reservations will receive either written or verbal confirmation from the hotel.

Hotel Check-in is 4:00 pm and Check-out is Noon.  Guests arriving before 4:00 PM, will be accommodated, as rooms become available.

At the base of Camelback Mountain in Arizona's Valley of the Sun.  Only nine miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, take Sky Harbor Blvd to 44th Street and turn left.  At Camelback Road turn right and follow to Phoenician Blvd, and turn left into The Phoenician.
