You may call the hotel direct at 1.520.881.4200 or 1.800.222.TREE(8733) if you prefer.  Make sure you identify the IEEE-USA Leadership Workshop for the correct
sleeping room rate of $139.00.  This is for one or two people in a room, king or 2 beds. The appropriate state and local taxes of 11.5% will be added along with $1.00 per room per night city tax. The cost of the sleeping rooms is the responsibility of the attendee. The cut-off date for sleeping rooms at the contracted rate will only be honored up to  6 February 2005. Depending upon the sold-out status at the hotel, the contracted rate may not be available after this date resulting in a higher room rate.  

Hilton HHonors is the only hotel guest reward program to offer both Points & MilesTM for the same stay.

A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual’s reservation.  Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the date(s) indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to the first and/or final night of the reserved stay. This deposit is refundable if notice is received at least 72 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.  

All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM, with check-out at Noon. Guests arriving before 3:00 PM, will be accommodated, as rooms become available.
