IEEE-USA Consultants Fee Survey Report Reveals Current Rates For Professional Services

The results from the 2004 IEEE-USA Consultants Fee Survey are in. Nearly 1000 U.S. IEEE-member consultants participated in the Fall survey -- the largest number ever. While the median hourly
billing rate increased $10 from the last survey in 2002, to $110/hour, median annual gross income dropped $20,000, to $100,000/year.
